What is usually covered by warranty?Updated an hour ago
Warranty coverage is usually for manufacturing defects that appear during normal use. Each claim is reviewed based on the product, brand guidance, product condition, and evidence provided.
For the full overview, see our Warranty Guide: https://padelusa.com/pages/warranty-guide.
Examples that may be reviewed include:
- Structural failure that appears during normal use
- Material separation or delamination
- Cracking or breakage that does not show clear signs of impact or misuse
- Stitching, zipper, strap, sole, or upper failures that do not look like normal wear
- Product finish issues that appear before regular use or very early in normal use
For rackets, brands often need several photos: the front, back, frame edges, top of the head, the issue area, and the serial number or barcode.
For shoes, bags, apparel, and accessories, clear photos of the full product and the issue area are usually required.
If the issue is hidden, such as an internal noise or loose piece, a short video is helpful because photos may not show the problem clearly.
