What is usually not covered by warranty?Updated an hour ago

Warranty reviews usually do not cover normal wear, cosmetic marks from use, accidental damage, impact damage, misuse, repairs, modifications, or naturally worn replaceable parts.

For the full overview, see our Warranty Guide: https://padelusa.com/pages/warranty-guide.

Issues that are usually not covered include:

  • Scratches, scuffs, fading, stains, pilling, or cosmetic marks from regular use
  • Normal wear from play, carrying, washing, or travel
  • Damage from impact, drops, collision, misuse, or accidents
  • Damage from repairs, modifications, or improper care
  • Damage from extreme heat, cold, or storage conditions
  • Heavy abrasions, visible impact marks, poor overall condition, or exposed fibers
  • Replaceable parts and accessories that naturally wear down over time

For rackets, impact marks, edge damage from contact, exposed fibers, and general wear are usually not considered manufacturing defects.

For shoes, worn soles, tread wear, odor, stains, and regular play wear are usually not considered manufacturing defects.

For bags, scuffs, stains, travel wear, and damage from overloading are usually not considered manufacturing defects.

If you are unsure, you can still submit a claim with clear photos or videos. Our team will review the details and let you know what options are available.
