What photos or videos should I upload for a warranty claim?Updated an hour ago

Upload clear, well-lit photos that show the full product, the issue area, and any serial number, barcode, label, or batch code requested.

For the full overview, see our Warranty Guide: https://padelusa.com/pages/warranty-guide.

Avoid extreme close-ups unless a detail shot is requested. If the photo is too close, the review team may not be able to tell where the issue is located or what condition the rest of the product is in.

For rackets, you may be asked for:

  • Front of the racket
  • Back of the racket
  • Issue area with surrounding context
  • Side of the frame
  • Top of the head
  • Serial number, barcode, label, or batch code

For shoes, you may be asked for:

  • Both shoes
  • The shoe box or product label, if available
  • The issue area with surrounding context
  • The soles, when wear or separation is involved

For bags, apparel, and accessories, you may be asked for:

  • A full product photo
  • The issue area with surrounding context
  • Any label, tag, or product code requested

If the issue is hidden or sound-related, such as internal noise or a loose piece, upload a short video. Record in a quiet place and move the product gently so the issue can be heard or seen clearly.

Photo tips:

  • Use natural light or a bright room
  • Keep the product flat or steady
  • Include the full product when requested
  • Keep labels and serial numbers sharp and readable
  • Avoid glare, shadows, blur, and screenshots
