All returns may be reviewed, and products may be inspected when required, before a refund, exchange, or store credit is finalized.
Your refund may be reduced or denied if the returned item does not match the condition shown in the return request, or if it arrives used, damaged, missing packaging, missing tags, missing protective plastic, or otherwise not in original resaleable condition.
For standard returns, return label costs, a return/restocking fee, original shipping charges, carrier fees, or other handling costs may also affect the final refund when allowed by policy. These deductions are not automatic in every case and can depend on the return context.
If Padel USA made an error, you received the wrong item, or your item arrived damaged and the claim is verified, our team will review the best resolution and may cover return shipping or provide another appropriate solution.
