All returns may be reviewed.

If the item received does not match the condition shown in the return request, or if it is used, damaged, missing packaging, missing tags, missing protective plastic, or otherwise not in original condition, Padel USA may refuse the return or adjust the refund or credit amount.

Shipping charges, carrier fees, return label costs, and applicable handling or restocking fees may also be deducted when allowed by policy.
