Padel rackets must be returned unused and in new condition. Protective plastic must still be intact where applicable.

If your racket arrived damaged, upload clear photos in the Return Portal. In some damaged-racket cases, our team may review whether a partial refund or store credit is possible if you keep the racket as-is. This is not a full refund and is not guaranteed.
