Yes. If your item is eligible, the Return Portal may show exchange options before you choose a refund.

Exchange availability can depend on the product, item condition, inventory, and the reason for the return. For example, shoes may show size or color exchange options, while other items may show a Shop Now exchange or store-credit option.

If you choose an exchange, your return value is applied toward the replacement item. If there is a price difference, the portal will show the amount due or the remaining credit before you submit.

Please do not ship anything back until your return or exchange request has been submitted and approved through the Return Portal.
