Store credit lets you use your approved return value toward a future Padel USA order instead of receiving a refund to your original payment method.

If store credit is available for your return, the Return Portal will show it as an option before you submit. The options shown can vary by item, product condition, return reason, and policy eligibility.

Store credit is usually faster to use for another purchase than waiting for a card refund to finish bank processing. In some cases, the portal may also show a store-credit bonus or exchange incentive when that option is available.

Once your return is approved and processed, follow the instructions provided by the Return Portal or our support team to use the credit.
