If the order is canceled before warehouse processing starts, there is usually no cancellation fee.

If the order has already entered warehouse processing but can still be stopped before shipment, a $10 cancellation/restocking fee may apply. This helps cover warehouse handling, picking, packing, cancellation, and restocking work already started.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
