Eligible returns must be unused, unworn, undamaged, clean, and in new, resaleable condition.

Items should be returned with all original tags, packaging, boxes, accessories, and protective materials where applicable.

If an item comes back used, damaged, missing packaging, missing tags, missing protective plastic, or otherwise not in original condition, Padel USA may refuse the return or adjust the refund or credit amount.

Before submitting a return, customers must accept the return-policy acknowledgement in the Return Portal.
