Refusing a package or failing to accept delivery does not automatically cancel the order.

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, unclaimed, or otherwise undeliverable, we will contact you after we receive it.

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. If the order is refunded instead of reshipped, original shipping charges, carrier fees, and applicable handling or restocking fees may be deducted when allowed by policy.
