We accept eligible returns through the Padel USA Return Portal.

Return requests must be started within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, clean, undamaged, and in original condition with tags, packaging, boxes, accessories, and protective materials where applicable.

The portal may ask for photos so our team can confirm condition, damage, wrong-item claims, or product-specific details.
