Start a return request through the Return Portal and upload clear photos.
Depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, store credit, repair/warranty direction, or another resolution.
If the issue was caused by Padel USA or the item arrived damaged and the claim is verified, we will cover return shipping or provide another appropriate resolution.
For small cosmetic issues, such as a paint mark or minor finish imperfection, you can also contact our team with photos. Depending on the damage, we may be able to offer a partial refund or store credit if you prefer to keep the item.
