Why does my tracking say Label Created?Updated an hour ago

Label Created usually means your shipping label has been generated, but the carrier has not scanned the package into its network yet.

This can happen when an order is packed near the end of the business day, during carrier pickup timing, or when the first carrier scan is delayed. Tracking may not show movement immediately even after the package has left our warehouse.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the package. If the tracking status does not change for several business days, contact our support team and we can help review the shipment status.
